To get help with your computer issues in Knox County Schools, all you need to do is click on the Schooldude New User link at the bottom of the Online Services links to submit an request for computer repairs. Please contact your Building Level Technology Contact (BLTC) to learn your school code. You will need this code to register for your first Schooldude report. After that, use the current users link.

Once a schooldude request is submitted, the BLTC for your facility will respond initially.  If the BLTC is unable to resolve the issue, they will escalate the incident to the appropriate STS team. Directions for BLTCs can be found here.
